06.07.10- NOA1 dated

06.11.10- Received hardcopy NOA1

06.28.10- APPROVED!!!! confirmation via email and sms

June 1st filer here! 6 days from VSC receipt of packet to check cashed/NOA 1 mailed. Hopefully the luck holds out and they process us quickly!!

Damien, it'll probably come within a few days. Did you see an EAC..... number on the back of the check image on your bank's website? Sometimes they'll put it there, sometimes they won't. They didn't on mine. You can probably call the Misinformation Line and ask for your case number. They were able to give me mine over the phone two days after they sent the check in (2 days before it hit my bank). Be prepared, they'll ask you if it's been 30 days since you sent it in (they have no way of knowing on the phone when you mailed it). And since you don't have the number yourself yet, they'll have to transfer you to someone in a higher dept to give it to you. I didn't spend long on hold at all though, so you should be able to get it pretty quick.

I just read a post (Khandog?) that got NOA1 on May 28 and just got approved!!!!!!!!! 30 days...can it be?????? I remain cautiously optimistic!!!!

Hi, fellow June filers! I just found this thread and would like to jump in here.

I sent my petition to the VSC on 5/26 and my NOA1 was dated June 2nd. The back of my check says it was cashed in Lewisville, TX so it was forwarded to Texas as I expected. My case was 'touched' 6/4, 6/7 and 6/8 and then nothing after that. My theory is all these touches show my case being sent back to Vermont, where it now sits awaiting adjudication! Wish us luck, and I pray that we all have a fast and smooth journey - with no RFE's!

Approved yesterday by USCIS!!!!:wow: 21 Days from NOA1 date!!!! I got an email and sms at 6 am today! I saw that it had been "touched" yesterday and was hoping that it was being approved...and sure enough!!! But I think my packet stayed in Tx. Not enough time to go back and forth. But seems going to Tx expeditited the whole process!!! They took a long time to cash my check and send NOA1 too, this is not indicative of how quickly they are working!!!!...so don't worry!!! Good luck to all of you still waiting! I am still in shock!!!!

Neat! would be nice if we will fall on the 21days.. but we are still waiting for the NOA1 :(
