A relative applied for my parents and self under the family based 4th category.

I was 15 years old when the I-130 was approved

Country : India

I-130 Receipt date : June 2001

Notice date : July 2002.

Currently, I am 25 years of age and USCIS is about to process our original priority date April 2001.

a. Considering I have aged, out, can I apply for the family based 2nd category and still retain the original priority date.

b. Any names of good lawyers who have been successful

c. Anyone with similar cases (aged out) who have been successful. Could you provide some details.
