From another website:

Wingman & I were having cocktails in the DR last night & then went to dinner for about an hour. After returning about 9:15 or so the place was surrounded by cops & we were told we couldn't go in for about a 1/2 hr. We headed over to the KL to wait it out. I later talked to 1 of the girls in there at the time & she said the police were in there checking all id's & hauling girls off. Was anybody in there at the time the coppers arrived to see it go down?

Oh wow, I must have left right before they came in, I was there right around that time. Were they checking ID's of gringos too, or just the chicas?

Due to arrive in ten days so I hope their immigration policy is the same as ours, catch and release.

DR is Delrey Hotel = hooker hangout for 100s of them.

Wingman is someone that hangs out with you to cover your back.

KL is Key Largo = another hooker hangout across the street from the DR.

Cops, they arrive in great numbers, seal the place off and take girls to jail who are in CR illegally.

Life..... Nobody gets out alive.
