i-94 - husband entered on K-1 visa

Sorry all, confused. When my finance at the time entered on the K-1 visa, we can see the K-1 visa in his passport. How does the I-94 relate? Was it a loose piece of paper? If we lost it, where can we get another one?

He should have the I-94 in his passport. Sometimes they staple it in, sometimes they don't. He's going to need it for AOS and you can use this form to get a replacement.

Apologize, what does it look like? He has something that is a white small square thing with the information of his flight and entry with arrows on it attached by staple with a bunch of numbers on it and a bar code.

I picked up some copies of the I-94 and I-94W at Heathrow this week. The bottom portion of the I-94 (which would be given to you to keep) looks like this now. It says I-94 in teeny letters at the bottom right.

Thanks all. Craigy had an I-94 from the before that was still in there but no new one from the most recent time. But had some other stuff with the visa so just made copies of all of it to include.

You will want to get one from this most recent trip in as they need the info for doing the AOS. You should be able to get it fixed by going to a POE, explain the situation and show them his flight stubs and such. A few people have missed getting it, but you NEED to get it fixed, or you will get an RFE for it. They need proof you got married in the 90 days, and sending them flight tickets in wont be enough proof, nor anything else with his K1. They need that I-94.

Good news. Just found. In the luggage. Is anything supposed to be filled out on the back side?

All they put on the back of mine was the petition ID (the WAC thing). I've heard of some who don't get anything written on the back though.
