Best Rates on International Calls to Colombia?

I'm just curious as to which services you all use for your international calls to Colombia. I currently use Google Voice for my calls to Colombia and they charge $.04/min to land lines and $.07/min to cell phones.

Skype used to have an unlimited plan to land lines but I cant seem to find it anymore.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

My wife's calling cards to cell phones in Colombia for 30 min just beat the price...barely. Her calling cards at the local liquor store cost $2 each. To a land line, that $2 works out to 80 minutes or roughly .03/min. The Global Calling card works 8 out of 10 card/tries, or 80% of the time.

Anyone have an updates in opinions? I have researched a bunch of the services and Vonage seems to offer the best deal at the moment. My fiancee will be here in two weeks and I'm looking for a way to let her call her mom any time so they can talk as long as they want. I thought about Skype, but her mom has limited computer experience so I don't want to frustrate her.

We currently have Vonage and even though they offer "unlimited calling" to Colombia, the service is not that great. There have been many times when we call and either hear the person at the other end but they don't hear us, or they hear us but we can't hear them. We also get the "all circuits are busy" message quite a bit. And the new thing we got this past weekend was a 2-3 minute silence, followed by "your account is past due, please pay the due amount for service". My account was up to date and even when I called Vonage to find out what was going on, they couldn't see what the problem was. Unfortunately, I hear the quality of calls is the same with MagicJack.

Another thing we do when our Vonage service is out of whack is use ETB calling cards. We buy them at http://www.1vende.com/ and the quality of the calls is really good.

I have never had any issues whatsoever with Vonage. I talk to my husband often through skype and Vonage. With Vonage I pay about $30/mo. for unlimited calling to landlines. A new feature that they just added to their world plans that I absolutely love is that you can link up your cell phone and make calls through there as if you were using your landline. It's awesome. I give Vonage a 10/10.
