I would like to now if Im still qualified with that of the CSPA because Im exactly 22 years old now. I was petition in the year 2007 my priority date is april 2007. i received a letter few months ago dated nov. 06 2009 stating my interest in immigrating to USA I dont know if thie is the availability of my visa or what but its is also stated in that letter that visa are not available. dated may 12 2010 I received a letter sttaing if I have a agent to fix my papers at the same time my father was also sent aletter stating to pay the affidavit of support now letter again came stating that we should pay for the visa but we dont know what to do???? because we dont know if Im still eligible or not. Am I still eligible what action should we do???? -tnx

if tour petitioner is a USC, and you are still single, then you are eligible for CSPA as a IR2
