Can I get my wife's petition speed up my daughter has a heart condtion and has falled ill. She is a US citizen but my wife is waiting on her I130 petition approval is there any thing we can do.

You can call and discussed this with USCIS possibly that you can provide your aughter has a heart condtion and she is a US citizen and with a Dr. Referral or some kind of medical emergency statement letter from your daughter Physician medical urgency from the country where she live now and send a letter to USCIS with your request for expedient process with USCIS procedure.

You can contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. The NCSC will take a “service request” and forward your expedite request to the office with jurisdiction over the application or petition. You also have the options of 1). visiting your local office by scheduling an InfoPass appointment or 2). writing a letter to the local office or service center.
