I am naturalized USC who is planning to petition my mother who is currently visiting us here in the US. She entered the US with a Tourist Visa. She has been here for almost 2 months now. If I remember correctly, I can petition for her as long as she has been here at least 60 days and within the date that is in her I-94?? Also, I guess I can also file the I-485 at the same time as the I-130? So in filling the I-485, in part 2, do I check option a (An immigrant petition giving me immediate avialble visa number that has been approved..)?

Thanks in advance for the clarification and if you have any other tips.

Vince
