Ok so here this goes. I will keep this as short as possible. Jan 2009 I filed a I-130 I was married at the time. Since she lied to me about who she was and her age and her sons age. I could not deal with it after tryng for months to make it work. I had it withdrawn sep 2009. I recieved the withdrawl noticed March. I was also Divorced in march. I had filled the the divorce papers in sep. made a mistake with them, moved and then refiled them at a different location and there is a 90 day wait period. Well since then I had met a beautiful loving caring woman, who did not lie about who she was and I asked her to marry me in march. I filed a i129f for her in march after I had recieved the notice that the 1-130 was withdrawn. I did an inguire on both the 1-130 and the i129f. My senitors office called me this after noon and told me that my I-129F was on hold untill the I-130 was resloved. Sounds like an RFE. But wait I have not recieved an RFE. I asked the senators office what I should do and they said that they would find out for me, and they told me to call USCIS and ask them also. I called them and here is what I got from them. 1st phone call. I was told to schedule an appointment with and Immigration officer and ask them. I lost my signal. I called back. Different person this time. I was told the same thing. Now I lost my signal again and I called back a third time. I also had a question about the Divorce decree wich there is nothing wrong with :), I told him about my senitors office calling me and tellin me about the I129f being on hold because of the I130 and then he transfered me to somone else, they reviewd my case and she pulled up the vermont processing time schedule and said well you have untill september for your i129f so there is no need for you to see an immigration officer, and she asked why i even contacted my senators office since it was not over the 6mth wait time. She then told me to have a good weekend and not to worrie about it and then that was the end of that conversation.

Ok so what the heck am I sappose to do. I made the appointment with the Immigration Officer for this monday at 1030.

How is my senitors office able to get this info and USCIS is not even tracking it?
