Help with sending documents to nvc

Can somebody tell`s me wich documents are we sent in USCIS? Are we send to them aplicant documentation like a birth certificate and other or just form I130 and another form. And if NVC doesen`t have some document are they send RFE or maybe thay can say to me bring on interview ?

And are we have to send all original documents and certified copy too,or just one of them?

Read through the guides which will help you understand the process. Generally copies are sent to USCIS, original/certified copies to NVC. Good luck!

Ooooooo Thank`s God!!!!!Because I don`t` have to send my husband another original birth c.

Yes he told me like that..because he don`t know right now (he is on the way) and he can`t` remember what he sent.But he is sure that he was sent copy`s. And I`m like every suspicious woman I like to be sure

One more question pls!!! Are somebody knows how long they processed ds230 with all documents? What is the deadline?

If thay receive my documents today,when I can expected case complete? thank u

ariel - you have up to 1 year to 'do things' at NVC, from the time the casefile was opened by a human, some data entry work done.

If you can't make a complete DS-230 submittal, today, suggest you hold off, UNLESS IS the police clearance certificate - and on that one - is possible to submit a letter stating that you cannot get it without official letter from NVC (Usually the checklist email that you'll receive, about missing documents, is sufficient enough, and is official, btw) .

Now - as to 'how long it takes' - anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks - is too many variables to say an exact time. And that's not 'from NVC receiving it in the mailroom', either - that's from the DS-230 being added to the casefile timetick, forward.
