Timeline

Is there anyone that traveled with two year expired GR, and with I 797C?I am really sceptical to do so,If anyone have expirience with this I would like to hear how everything went,did you have any problems or everything went smooth?

02.26.2008 AOS package sent

02.27.2008 9.15am AOS package delivered

03.06.2008 checks cashed

03.07.2008 NOA I-485,I-765,I-130

04.02.2008 biometrics appointment

04.22.2008 got letter in mail-my interview date jun 11th

o6.11.2008 Approved...they said i am gonna get my green card in 2weeks...SO HAPPY

06.23.2008 Got my green card in a mail..yeayyyyyyyyy

Yes - numerous members have traveled with their 2 year GC (while date showing expired) and the NOA without any problems during their entry into the US. Some members even mentioned that they were not asked to present their NOA and the GC was enough since the online system shows that you are extended for a year.

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

08/04/11 .. Walk-in finger prints done.

08/08/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Placed in line for interview scheduling

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony
