K-3 and marriage license

Me, a Canadian citizen, and my fiancee, an American citizen, plan on getting married in the us and applying for the K-3 visa.

Now, that in itself is not currently an issue.

I'm currently in the US on my passport, and will be flying back to receive my degree in a few days, and then flying back down here a few after that, getting married on the 21st.

Now, we're looking at maybe getting the marriage license before I leave - it will be good for when we need it.

My question is, is will getting this license - with my passport being put forth as my id, like they require in Oklahoma - cause them to block/flag my passport and preventing my exit of or reentry into the US?

No it will not. Be aware that each US entry is a separate decision by a CBP officer but they will not be aware you applied for a marriage license unless you tell them. I suggest you do some reading though as the K3 visa is all but dead.
