Hi Everyone.

After months of patiently waiting for Interview Letter. I've decided to call DOS. They've inform me that interview is schedule for my fiance in July.

So I'm advise my fiance to go get her Medical Exam & Vaccination as instructed.

Question.

Any documents should she need to ask the physician to retain for future purpose (AOS,SSA, EAD, etc)?

If so, copy or original?

In addition, any other document that she'll need to bring w/ her to medical exam besides: letter of appointment, 2 visa photo, and fees?

She should get the DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet.

She can request a copy of the medical exam report - not sure if they will give a copy of that or not.

Appointment Letter, photo's and fee were all we took!

One more thing...bring her original passport. Since Vietravel had our passports the last couple weeks, we tried with the photocopy, they didn't let us do the exam.

Have her go to the consulate to get a copy of the interview letter since she did not get it.. she will need that to get the medical...

They should have sent you an email, you might call and have them send you an email with the appointment date on it, this way you will not have to actually go there to get the letter, and you can just take the printed off email with appointment date on it for the medical. Jerome
