NVC received after NOA2

How long after receiving the NOA2 did NVC received your case? People with similar cases, we started at Nebraska, moved to Cali, went throught IMBRA rfe, got our NOA2 in july 31, but still NVC doesn't have our case.

As you can see, I am not yet approved. But, from what I have read here, it appears to be from 4-12 days.

It can take on average a few weeks as they send them off in batches. Just make sure you actually speak to an operator at NVC and not use the automated system.

i just started a thread abt this same thing yesterday... we have same noa2 date, nvc recieved our petition already - i called today and they gave me our case #, said they'd have it a few more days, then send it off to Casablanca...

good luck to you! call them anyway and just see what they have to say. I recieved no notice yet, just called and asked.

Def. call & ask. Mine was approved 7/27(with a 7/31 email) & NVC rec'd 8/3 & sent 8/4 to London. It's def. a batch thing, other UKers with the same NOA2 date still aren't at NVC.
