I can't help it, I have to vent a little. It is really hard to watch many people who applied after you get approved. Not that I am not happy for them! But it isn't easy. I am tired of being teased, I want to yell

"NO MORE TOUCHING, JUST GIVE IT TO ME ALREADY!"

I am remembering this old movie where this news man says, " I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!

Then I remember I am dealing with CSC and I'm forced to take it. :angry::wacko:

April 7, 2006 I-129F sent

April 18, 2006 NOA1 Received

April 22, 2006 Touched!

May 30, 2006 Touched (changed my address)

June 12, 2006 Touched ( Didn't call them this time)

July 3, 2006 Touched

July 6, 2006 Touched

July 18, 2006 Touched (Previous touches are about problems with address)

July 20, 2006 Received RFE

July 22, 2006 Retuned RFE

July 27, 2006 Touched

August 1, 2006 Touched

August 3, 2006 Touched

I have been waiting since march and it is quite frustrating. you are getting touched. I get.....NADDA....Why is that, who knows. I just wish the approval would come and I could move forward. its been over 130 days for me

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

7/13/06 - Touched

NOA2 September 11!!!

10/18/06 - Received at Embassy

12/23/06 - Recieved package with interview/medical schedule

01/08/06 - CFO interview/(pre-departure class) Complete

1/11/07 & 1/12/07 Medical complete

02/05/07 - Interview!!!

2/7/07 (2/8/07 manila) - Informed we are approved...3 days after interview.

2/12/07 Visa Received

2/16/07 Baby arrives in US!!!!!

4/14/07 Wedding

4/21/07 Filed AOS

I agree, you'll be approved soon. I'm going with the under August 14th. Last time I made this prediction, I was correct and daveandlirio got their approval within two days.

I so understand what you are saying, I have been waiting fo rover 60 days fo rmy I129F to get approve, it is getting so hard to go on without the hubby ( we break up well I break it off with him every other day thne I rember that we are already married. The only difference between us is my case is at Missouri (sp??) and you have yours at the service center.

Be patient though, the approval will come soon :thumbs: .

Aussie can you make a prediction for me too please.

Venting? Mind if I vent a little bit here too? August 11th marks day ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE for me and Sasha since our NOA1 date (actually day 169 if they hadn't made the mistake with my filing fee). I was touched a few times last week, and then nothing. What makes it harder to bare is all of the other approvals dated FAR after my NOA1. Don't get me wrong, I'm sooooo happy for all you guys...but come on, this is getting regoshdangdiculous. I have come back to Ukraine to be with my babygirl for the last three weeks, and I was sure I was going to receive some news to tell her...but nooooo. And now I have to fly back to the states this weekend through Heathrow. Not really looking forward to that. This extensive delay is getting harder and harder on both of us. Is it the goal of USCIS to put the relationship through the wringer like this? To test our strength and resolve? Maybe, Aussiewench, you could make a magic preddiction for me?

2-19-2006- Filed I129F

2-23-2006- NOA1 generated-REJECTED- (they said no fee attached, but I sent THE SAME CHECK back)

3-13-2006- NOA1 generated, reciept date of application

6-2-2006- (Sasha's bday) Transferred to CSC

6-14-2006- Recieved at CSC

6-23-2006- RFE generated IMBRA

6-30-2006-RFE recieved and returned by me.

7-8-2006-RFE recieved by CSC

7-11-2006-"touched" I just figured this out!!! ;)

8-3-2006 - Touched!

8-4-2006 - Touched again!

8-6-2006 - Touched again again!

8-25-2006 - Touched! Its been almost three weeks since the last one...forgot how that felt!

9-7-2006- Touched...but only because I called. :( So dissapointed right now....

9-8-2006- Touched...a real one...not because I called. Hope it actually means something like it did for Gary!

9-11-2006-APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think getting touch does not prove anything. I never got touched and got approved. I am sorry for all the folks that applied before me that still have not gotten approved. I think it is unfair, but we have no control for we are at the mercy of the USCIS. I pray everyday for the ones who have been waiting a long time that they may get approve soon.

My online status never changed either, and almost 3 years later it still hasn't. (Have been touched since the unacknowledged approval though.)

I never got touched and got approved. And when I was approved my status online never changed.How do you like that!

Got a notice from the NVC that they had received the approved petition.
