Hello Eguypt Lover,

Sorry to hear about your bad expereience during the consular interview :crying: . Let me say this from experience and from people that I know closely; the AGE Difference is not that much of a Red Flag that many people have to worry about. I know someone very close to me and with almost 30 years age difference between him and his wife that got approved (wife 30 years yonger), but they truly had a genuine love and a bonafide relationship with lots and lots of evidence to prove it. Yes, age gap may open-up for a little more scrutiny by the CO but it will NEVER be a ground for visa rejection. So Egypt lover, if you have a gnuine love for your wife and a bonafide relationship with her, all you have to do is prove it! Present evidences and they will have no reason to deny you a re-union with your loved one. Tust me on this one!!!

Good luck,

Alas, Gender is Reversed on this age gap, compared to yours.

Unfortunately for the OP, he 'fits' into a demographic for VISA FRAUD (Older USA WOMAN, YOUNGER Egyptian Man) and the US Embassy has INSTRUCTIONS to scrutinize this type of case. He was unsuccessful in talking POSITIVELY about his parents involvement and knowledge about the marriage (2nd biggest flag ) and there's not much he can do at this point - short of HER moving to Egypt, applying for residency, then 6 months later SHE File a new I-130 via DCF.

Of course, SHE can file new I-130 immediately (to lockbox in Chicago) - but SHE will have to provide all kinds of stuff on I-130 submittal covering HIS parents knowledge and acceptance of the age gap. Waiting for the current casefile to be returned to USA is a waste of time, as well.

It's hard to be this type of 'maverick' in Egypt, with SO MANY PRIOR interviewees only marrying these older USC women for a green card. Is established, historical pattern. Sorry.

Now, I'm not omniscient, I don't know all. But that's my take on HIS particular case. Think about it, ya? He was called INTO the Embassy prior to the 'real' interview day, and was examined by members of the Fraud Prevention Unit.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

"satan is real and he's playing for keeps
God is realer and we are His sheep
which side are you on, CHOOSE, start moving your feet
choose JESUS and have ETERNAL PEACE" by GOD to me on 9/26/10 about 2am
