not above the povety line in 2007 and 2008 !

Hi friends,

I am new to this forum and its a very helpful place for all of us.

I am so confused with the following question on I-864. please help me.

I am a LPR filing for my wife and kid. my household size is 3. so, according to poverty guidelines, I should have at least 22k income. my last 3 years income is 19k(2007) 18K(2008) and 24K(2009). SO, I AM NOT ABOVE THE POVERTY LINE IN 2007 AND 2008. my current income is around 25K. BUT,I DON'T HAVE THE PAY STUBS FOR LAST 3 MONTHS AS I WAS BACK HOME WITH MY WIFE AND KID.

do you think this will be a issue? whether I should send all 3 years tax transcripts for NVC ? please advice me.

no it wont be.... i sent my i-864 form in and i was not above the poverty line in 2007 and 2008 either but i was way above it in 2009. i receieved an email that all is well with it no prob....so based on my experience i dont think it will be a problem. good luck
