:wow:

The 4th category of family-based (siblings of USC) skyrocketed through! The Phillipines section went from Apr 1988 to Apr 1989 in just one month! And the regular category of the 4th went from September 2000 to January 2001. It's a special interest of mine now that we might be petitioning David's sister once he comes a USC.

My co-worker is a permanent resident from South Africa and has petitioned her over 21 age daughter and I've helped her with this info...she was telling me about her lawyer and I convinced her to fire the guy; he wasn't doing anything but charging her more and more $$ when her daughter has no red flags on her file. He's said that he can help them if Congress apparently passes a new law to help permanet residents' children in quicker, but I told her if this were true, she'd be able to do it herself!

Her category moved up 6 months  but I'm assuming that this bulletin speeds up and slows down constantly...am I right?
