Hello,

Just wondering if anyone had any trouble booking their medical exam.

How far in advance did you book it? I have been out of town and have not scheduled an appointment but am anticipating a July interview (hopefully!!!!!!)

Applied for SSN in married name - 09/06/10 (I was told it will take 4 weeks to get the background check cleared and an additional 2 weeks to receive my card)

AOS/EAD/AP sent with FedEx - 09/25/10

E-Notice From Chicago - 10/05/10

I-797C, NOA1 Received - 10/08/10

SSN card received (FINALLY!)- 10/23/10

Biometrics appointment - 10/28/10

EAD Approved - 11/19/10 (USCIS Website Notice)

AP Approved & Received - 11/22/10

EAD Received- 11/23/10

Interview - 02/07/11 APPROVED!

I am now a U.S. Permanent Resident!!

I called Dr. Seiden's office in toronto, left a message with my name and saying I was wanting to make an appointment for a medcial for a K-1 visa, left my number and they called me back two days later. I called in May and got an appointment for June 15th.

Life is like a roller coaster. Hold on tight and enjoy the ride!

I also booked with Dr. Seiden in Toronto. They returned my call the same day; asked when my interview date was and gave me an appointment two weeks later (which was a month prior to my interview.) Lots of time :) You will need your interview letter to take to the medical so once you have your interview date then you book the medical. Good luck!

I am using the same office in Toronto.

I left a message for them and they called me back two days later.

The lady that I spoke to was very nice and informative.

However, I asked for July 21 and she put me in for June 21 by mistake...oops!

I called back left another message, and later the same day she called me back to correct the mistake.

I booked mine right after I found out that I had an interview date. So about two months in advance.

I believe the July interview bookings were all done already, as I haven't seen many new ones pop up, but I could be wrong =)
