Is there a way to cancel I-129F petition for K3 Visa? i just wanna proceed with the IR-1!!! any ideas? should i call'em? what should i do?

09/29/2010: NVC received the case, Case# received, IIN received, Both email id provided

09/29/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

09/30/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID', AOS package mailed out

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

09/29/2010: DS-3032 Choice Of Agent emailed to NVC

10/06/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment

10/07/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID', IV package mailed out

10/12/2010: DS-230 IV package delivery

10/12/2010?: DS-230 IV package completion

10/12/2010: NVC completion due to APPROVAL OF EXPEDITE REQUEST

10/15/2010: Received by Consulate

10/19/2010: MEDICAL EXAM

You no need to cancel, when you I-130 be approved they will continue IR1/CR1 automaticaly, K3 is already dead.

They use to be approved in the same day, don't worry.

NVC Journey

04-01-2010 : NVC Received and assigned case / I-864(AOS)and IV fee Bill paid

05-05-2010 : Return Completed I-864(AOS)& DS-230

06-04-2010 : Medical Exams - Done

06-21-2010 : Case Completed at NVC (SIF) Tks Dear Lord! Finally =)

08-04-2010: Interview Date - RJ 7:15am - APPROVED!!!!

08-12-2010: POE - LAX Woohoo...Our dream come true!!! =)

08-23-2010: Welcome Letter received by mail!! Nice =)

08-26-2010: Exactly 14 days after my POE, I got my GC by mail, I'm so Happy !!!
