They don't offer cheese on the sandwiches and unless you order the Deluxe, all you get is the chicken between two buns. The Deluxe has lettuce and tomato. I can appreciate simple menus like In-n-Out, but even they offer more condiments than just lettuce and tomato.

You're right...I forgot. But still - the sandwich is pretty barren. If I were their head chef, I'd come up with different sandwiches, like one loaded with coleslaw on it or sauerkraut, caramelized onions. The build-it-yourself places like Fuddrucker's seem kind of lazy to me. Surprise me. Offer me something that I can't just buy at any other burger-style joint.

Yep. And most of those sauces are loaded with HFCS, plus, there's only so much a sauce can do for a sandwich.
