I check and check and haven't been touched since July 25 - the day after they got my RFE. No touches by my sweetie, no touches by USCIS.

Doesn't USCIS know that people need touching for good health? Everytime we talk about touches, I remember that study where the bunny rabbits in the cancer test lab that did really well and recovered, it turned out the grad student in charge of feeding them would take them out of their cage and hold them and pet them for a while. See, touching makes a difference!

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

I haven't been touched since they got around to entering my RFE in their system on July 21.

I may just have to get on a plane to get some touching . . .

I am still a Newbie to VJ and before filing, read and used all VJ's guides, past forums, and personal posts. Our petition seems to be kciking off pretty good with a wierd NOA1 from CSA even though I sent to NSC. Yes I know it will be sent there but I never even got a notice that it "Would" be sent and that quick? I just got an NOA1 from CSA. See my time line.

Question: I've read about "TOUCHES" and didn't think much about it. Until! shortly after my NOA1, I happened to login for a 2nd time later that day and WHAM! I had been touched  Didn't see it coming :hehe: My problem is that now I think I'm addicted to the USCIS.GOV web site just checking for Touches  If this is realy a disease maybe I could find help through a good USCIS 12 step "TOUCH" program! Anybody else have this affliction? Maybe I have already found the group meeting but it's anonymous so no one will tell me :D

Thanks to all who may reply to this strange sickness of behavior

Be careful. My receipt date was 6/12, then somebody did something on 6/15. Since then, nada. No RFE or anything. First step"I am powerless over CSC and USCIS".

5/26/06 I129 sent to Nebraska

6/12/06 NOA1 from California Service Center

9/13/06 RFE IMBRA received(finally)

9/14/06 RFE sent to California

9/21/06 CSC acknowledges they received RFE

9/28/06 NOA2 we are approved
