My mother in-law sent us the agreement for the house where we going to live and sent it to USPS Express Mail. We tracked it online and it arrived PI June 7 12 noon. The next day we tracked it June 8 , it says Attempted Delivery abroad 5 pm. Then on June 9 was the same thing, Attempted Delivery abroad 4 pm. We are in the house all day waiting for that important mail. How come they were saying attempted delivery abroad, does it means they attempted to deliver and nobody home or whatsoever? Does anybody had the same experience and what did you do? It didn't even mention where is the mail now , it was just the date and info that was said on the tracking online.

I would never send anything by USPS because they turn it over to the Filipino Post Office as soon as the package arrives in the Philippines. And you know what that means!!! :o

But i called our post office here and told me they never received anything and nobody even left a mail for us. The post man here is our relative and delivers all the mails of my husband. He said when it is send via express mail , they have their own post man. last year mt mother inlaw did same thing she sent something via express mail and in just 8 days we got it..can't understand now why....well, i think what we have to do is to wait ,they don't have yet any notice to pick it up or whatsoever...

50% of the time the cards I'd mail to Merlaine never got there. When they did, they'd been cut open and were damaged. I guess if they cut it open and don't find anything worth keeping, they just toss it in the garbage, well...50% of the time..lol When I sent interview documents to her this last time, I used FedEx who then turned it over to Air 21. The Air 21 guy couldn't find her and was standing out on the street asking people if they new her. One of the kids in her barangay said she knew her so he just handed it to the kid and left.

DHL is the only company that has DHL employees in the Philippines - they don't use any other company. Air 21 might be ok in other parts of the Phils, but I'll never use them again.

Actually my packet 3 from the USE Manila that i got was teared up 2 openings on the side like they tried to look what's inside....disgusting and embarrassing my husband is very pissed off.Thank God his receipt from IRS were never teared up only once we noticed someone tried to look it was like tried to opened it up but they did not tried all the way.Oh i hope they wont opened it or if they do and found out that there were no dollar inside they will still send it. It is express mail like registered. It is only 2 pages of house contract. This is the 10th day since it was mailed in the states , we can wait till 14th of this month and after that we don't know whwre to pick it up.... :(
