any suggestions about wedding souvenirs? hehe

My wife bought little bride and groom figurines, had mini card versions of the face of our invitations printed and tied them on each with a ribbon then wrapped each one in celophane - 60 of those if I remember right. Then each of the sponsors a larger statuette that held a candle and did the same with those.

I handcrafted myself our wedding giveaways/souvenirs. So if you are on handcrafts, you can create your own unique design.

This is ours.

If you are around from Metro Manila, sa divisoria ang daming mapag pipilian, but if you are not around there, you can go to a local bridal shop/rental and they should have selection on wedding giveaways.

@ cutie, wow that's nice.. i like the roses.. what i found in the internet is the towel cakes, it's cute and i love it because it looks like a real cup cake.. hehe.. and the price is P70/piece..

They were very cheap actually. There is a gift shop there in Tacloban that sells all that kind of stuff so we got everything there in that one shop. I don't remember how much we spent now but I think it was only like P1100 or something like that?? Our entire wedding, food, clothes, everything, was only around $500. We did everything our selves

For our wedding favors...my husband ordered personalized M&M's online with our names on it and brought them home with him before our Civil Wedding here in PI. Containers and ribbons aren't included. What I did was, I went to a craft shop in my place and ordered a "celluloid plastic" box (2"x1") for P10 each and bought some ribbons and small flowers for designs. They charged me P700 for 70 celluloid boxes and P1,050 labor cost for everything.

$500? Wow that is great! How were you able to do that?

My wife's family and friends did everything. Her brother cooked all the food (crazy man stayed up 24 hours doing the cooking lol), a friend did all the planning and decorating, her sisters boyfriend designed our invitations...we had lots of help We did the shopping and everyone pitched in to bring everything together. Provinces are a LOT cheaper than Manila or Cebu too
