Jay and I just sent in our paperwork for our K1 visa. We sent in the I-129F form and just got our noa1 last week. What we are looking to do is get married now and not wait, and switch to a K3 visa. Is this possible if we have already started the process for the K1? We believe the waiting game for both is the same, just not sure if we are able to switch approaches at this point. If so, what would we need to do? Thanks for any help that you can provide.

Please not you will start a CR1 process. K3 is virtually dead.
