Oh yeah...on Friday, some lady came up to me and asked me when I was due, etc. When I said I was due that very day, she said I should go straight to California Pizza Kitchen and order some specific salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing, which brought on labor for both her pregnancies. She also mentioned that she knew her first child was a boy "because my husband's family are all boys," and for her second, she prayed for a girl every day for the first three months of the pregnancy, "because that's when the sex is determined." My mother was with me, and all she could do was smirk.

People are caraaaaazy!

Hi, ladies

I woke up this morning feeling crampy and am finally having some spotting! I didn't spot at all the entire pregnancy, thankfully, so I'm thinking this actually means something is happening. Maybe Limita is having some thoughts about coming before Friday?

Honey that is exactly how I felt the morning I went into labor, including the spotting!! This could well be it. Is the cramping going away or staying put? How many hours now have you noticed it?

I've had mild intermittent cramping over the last few days, but it has been much more intense this morning--not continuous, though. They feel very much like bad menstrual cramps, and come and go. I'm sure this is it because of the spotting. It's just a question of how long before the real labor starts. From what I've read, it could start today, or tomorrow, or the next day...? I'm 40 weeks and 4 days.
