1/19/07 - Embassy interview - APPROVED! (Visa received on 1/22/07)

1/26/07 - Adriana and daughter to arrive in Miami

5/7/07 - Employment Authorization card received

8/28/07 - Re-scheduled (from 6/28) AOS interview in Orlando - AOS approved.

Florida isnt too bad, We got our FP appointment today for 8/31 but we will do a walk in in Tampa (brandon) this week.

Hi all

Got email on 8/6/2010 "files sent for interview"

Today I got the interview letter. However IT IS NOT YELLOW. I was shocked and initially thought it is a different document.

Questions:

1.Do they ask for the ORIGINAL marriage certificate? previous divorce decree? If that is the case I am screwed because we lost them during one of our move to Oklahoma (moved there for 2 years).

I do have a fingerprint, someone update my status a few weeks back but then for some reason it got erase!!!! PLEASE UODATE ME!!!! my firgerprints are tomorrow August 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

I got a text message at 4am from USCIS this morning that my status had been updated.

Checked my e-mail, and my interview letter has been sent!

Will be checking my mail every day....... and learning my 100 questions!!! :thumbs:

1/19/07 - Embassy interview - APPROVED! (Visa received on 1/22/07)

1/26/07 - Adriana and daughter to arrive in Miami

I-485 and I-797:

2/12/07 - AOS and EAD sent to Chicago lockbox

5/7/07 - Employment Authorization card received

8/28/07 - Re-scheduled (from 6/28) AOS interview in Orlando - AOS approved.

9/13/07 - Wife and step-daughter receive green cards

I-751:

6/1/09 - I-751 mailed

11/18/09 - Removal of Conditions approved

Citizenship:

10/26/10 - Citizenship interview (successful)

10/29/10 - Citizenship ceremony and oath

I got my appointment today for my interview in Atlanta.

It's going to be on September 16th.

Can some kind person please add it to my time thing??

Also.... does Atlanta usually do same-day oath ceremony?? My appointment is 12.45.

Hi mamasue...Yes they also do the oath ceremony the same day..My friend last feb have the same day oath-taking after her interview...my interview will be on sept 15,7 45 am...day before you...i wish and hoping pass the interview and do oath taking the same day.. GOOD LUCK TO US girl... :)
