I think he's saying since Kenya was a British Colony when he was born and BP is "British Petroleum" that there's some sort of conspiracy behind the oil spill....

So "Obama" was born in Kenya when it was a British Colony. Then Obama is British. His real name must be Johnson or Roberts. He wants to cover that up. Also, "Obama" is a crypto-Muslim. Ergo all British people are Muslims who hate American way of life and will do anything to bring down the Great Satan. One of their diabolical plan is to go back in time and found BP which would one day "accidentally" blow up an oil rig to destroy the Gulf of Mexico, ensuring great strain on quintessential American way of eating crawfish and shellfish. Now it all makes sense.
