Anyone getting in touch with Texas Service Center by email?

Hey All Vj's

I was justing checking to see if anyone is getting in touch with TSC (Texas Service Center) by email for thier I-130 approval? I am still waiting for my I-130 approval and I had sent an email to TSC last April and have not had any decision yet.

I-130 for Wife (F2A category)

12/28/2006 - I-130 sent to Vermont Service Center

11/20/2009 - I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

01/22/2010 - I-130 transferred to Texas Service Center

still waiting for approval. :(

Please share your experience with TSC.

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

02/01/11 - Interview @ 1:00 PM - Approved :)

02/03/11 - Visa picked up from USEM

02/12/11 - POE @ JFK

TSC? oh my.

you should initiate a 'service request' , either through an infopass appointment or via yer US Senator's immigration liason staffer.

IMO, a service request initiated via telephone seems useless.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I made a service request through an infopass appointment on June 3rd, but it doesn't seem to help that much.

I am tired of waiting now...

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

Thanks Darnell. BTW it's already 21 days of my service request through infopass and still nothing. :(

I absouletely don't understand one thing - why is it taking 41 months to make a decision on an I-130 which priority date is already current??? Does anybody have my answer pliz? :(

Not sure about texas processing style but usually i have heard they are pretty quick and up to date on their cases..i am waiting on my k1 to be approved and i send it to vermont and they say it was transfered to texas because they are up to date..you should make them find your case maybe it was lost cause its like 2 yrs shouldnt take that long..infopass best choice..
