TOURIST VISA

My sister is a U.S. citizen and engaged to a resident of China. He has a tourist visa valid for 2 years to the U.S. He's been here once but now they are engaged. Can he come here and get married without it effecting his visa? They are moving to China because his business is there and doing very well. They want to live in China a few years and then apply for DCF to come back to the U.S. Will there be any problems later on with them marrying here?

I believe that they can get married in the US and there shouldn't be any problems later on with DCF. I could be wrong, and I apologize in advance if so.

He'll be fine to marry in the USA. There is no legal restriction to 'get married'.

However, even with that said, suggest to check in with the county courthouse (or web site) and inquire about ID requirements to 'get married'.
