I have serious problem. Actually at the time of submission of petition I submitted my birth certificate which was incorrect. After some years at the time of adjustment of status(got married) I submitted the correct birth certificate. Now again after six year my petition is approved and at NVC for final processing It is objected by NVC that why I have submitted two birth certificate. Month and date are same only year is different. Please help me how to handle this.

please define 'objected by NVC'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

You submitted two because one was wrong. You didn't catch it when you had your BC issued by some impotent Pakistani civil office. That's the truth, isn't it? So explain that and it should be good. You may need to provide or include or have some other documents that show your proper birth day.

can you match up the corrected birth date, on the new birth certificate,

with the date of birth on the passport ?

if those two match, you should tell someone to review yer passport BIO page and new bc, together.

Prolly best to call NVC, ask for supervisor, get it all sorted with a supervisor.

The supervisor CANNOT FIX THIS, directly, but can request an 'eyeball review' with the hidden clerks waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off in the back.

Thankyou for your reply

My all other other documents that I have sent to NVC have the new corrected date of birth e.g.

New original Birth certificate

Passport

Marriage certificate

Police certificate
