Hi,

can somebody help me understand this.. When we sent the form to petition my auntie's parents, we sent check for $355 each ( for mom and dad ). We just filed the affidavit of support, paid the $70 online and we got the immigrant visa application processing fee bill invoice for $400. Now, is that for both the mom and dad or what is this for? I thought all the while its just $355 each? and that's it?

The IV fee is $400 for each parent. There is also the medical that will need to be paid for.

so youre sayin its 355 plus 400 each?

$355 was for the I130. $400 is for the immigrant visa application. They will both need medicals as well and those are an extra fee, not sure what the cost is for the Philippines.
