From what I've read somewhere, USEM will only check your bank statements and other supporting documents if you have not met the 125% poverty level based on your current income tax return...

April 22, 2010 --- Went back to Manila to get my medical results from SLEC (took almost 6 hours just waiting for the release!)

April 26, 2010 (7:00 A.M.)---- Interview Schedule (I got not pink nor blue slip, but a Reverification Form for NSO to send directly to USEM my CENOMAR and Annotated Marriage Certificate, although I have submitted and given these to the Consul during the interview, so why? I don't know! And told me that as soon as NSO forwarded the requested documents, visa will be delivered. Oh well...)

April 27, 2010 ---- Went home

April 28, 2010 ---- Ordered online the documents USEM requested

You will be fine. My situation was nearly identical to yours and we had no issues at at all. Embassy is mostly concerned with INCOME and stable work history.

I think you'll be fine. It won't cause a problem as long as you are making over 125%.

A low bank account should not be the sole reason of her not getting approved. Get a statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institution where you have deposits, with total deposits for the year as per 1-134 instruction. Remember it’s the totality of the entire petition not just one aspect that will get her approved

Your bank account balance or info will not be needed if you are above the required poverty level. I was in your same situation and I only sent the tax returns for the previous 3 years, some months of payments stubs and the employment letter along with the I-134. Good luck.
