Different middle name on BC and NVC/I-130

I'm an idiot! :bonk: I filed my 11 yrs. old's daughter's petition (I-130)on September 2009, and everything went smooth..till now. I was going to sent the copy of the IV fee and the rest of the necessary form that goes along with it, when I realized her middle name on the receipt is her dad's last name. (Long story short, we're separated and my daughter carries my middle and last name on her birth certificate) How I made the mistake, dunno :wacko: ..I screwed up! Please help me on what steps to take to remedy my problem...and what to expect from the NVC at this point. I've been separated from my daughter for nine years...I can't wait any longer..she needs me. :(
