grr, I am really annoyed and ticked with my parents right now. I found out on Facebook that they are planning on going to Manitoba for my uncle's wedding in a few weeks. Now that is fine if they hadn't gone to Manitoba last summer for a cousin's wedding. I haven't seen them since September 2011 when we drove up to visit them for about 2 weeks. this makes me feel like chopped liver.. :(

I know that feeling, if I was my younger sister they would be down here at least twice a year. I hate feeling like I'm last.

I used to see them at least once a year or so but not anymore. I cut them some slack at first because they opened a thrift store a few years back and I knew money was tight for them. But now that they have are going to be going to Manitoba twice in 7 months, I don't know what to think..

I barely even talk to my parents anymore. I gave up calling them because they were always busy when I called. My mom and I used to talk about once a month for an hour or two. Now we barely talk twice a year :(

at least my one brother has been coming once a year since his son was born. They are actually coming for a week long visit next weekend :)

It's crazy how time flies. My parents and I promised each other we would make regular visits, but as time goes on life gets in the way, and suddenly 6 months pass without a visit. It's sad how much we miss. My parents came out when Ally was born, now she's almost 5 months old.

I'm glad we've revived this thread, i've had a lot to vent about recently!

VENT:

I asked my fiance to bring all the I-134 things when he came to visit me on Jan. 18. All the stuff that I need from him and his mom for my Feb. 14 interview. It's Feb. 4 and I STILL have not got them yet. I am promised that he will mail them all this week by lightning express courier service no matter what the cost. I feel so out of control right now because I can't do it all for him. I have everything taken care of on my end and have been super diligent and (in my mind at least) very organized about everything I need. I am so worried that I'll get all the forms and something won't be signed, or something will be missing etc. That's why I wanted them early so they could be checked over and if there were any mistakes they could be fixed in time. SIGH. I know I can't control everything and I need to let go sometimes and trust things will be ok.

Wow, We been pretty quiet in this thread lately.

Well I'm ticked at myself and splash liquid hand soap in my eyes and it hurts like a son of a gun. I'm so mad at that bottle it's crazy.

I'm really annoyed at USPS right now XD

Honey mailed the I-134 and letter of intent last monday and paid extra to have it delivered within 3 to 5 days..... It's not here yet.ranting33va.gif OMG. It would have been faster to just mail it through regular mail and less expensive. And then we realised he forgot to sign the supplement sheet he had to add to the I-134... So we'll need to pay for the extra extra fast delivery if we want a hope for it to be here on time for my interview in a week.

Why do ppl on face book repost things that they think is appalling. Do they not realized that they are just giving that group/person their 15mins of fame, or basically free advertising for the next nut. Plus I don't want to see that.

Well at least you didn't link it! Because THAT makes me nuts. They will write exactly what you just wrote... which I COMPLETELY agree with... but then they post or link it anyway. They're complaining about other people sharing it and then they do it as well. Duh!

We just got a letter in the mail from the risk management dept of david's work about his life insurance policy. they are TRIPLING rates..not increasing by a small amount but freaking tripling it for spouses and children. his employee rate is going up too but its a very minor rate, like 3 cents..but mine is going up almost 4$ per 1k of coverage and our daughter who will be born is now going to be 2$ per 1k coverage. I mean c'mon!! do they need to hike it that much? Hell the allstate plan i have is now cheaper than his work plan..WTFZ!
