Our last elecrtic bills have been close to $300 for a 1000sqft 2 bedroom apartment, that is completly shaded. We keep all the blinds closed and rarely cook on the stove or use the oven. I was in shock when we got the first one that was over $300 when my 2 story w/ finished basement house was only about $70 a month. I think it is becasue the AC unit here is old and inefficient. But we have had about 70 days that have been over 90° this summer, so AC was definitely required!!

Holy cripers - our top bill in the summer has been about $247 - that's with a new AC unit in a townhouse that gets blazing heat all day (no shade) and 90+ temps in DC. We keep our fan on at all times to circulate the air throughout the townhouse too

I have my first official complaint! I HATE EFFING FED EX!!

I was mising a document from my interview package and my man fed ex'd it from GA AND THEY LOST THE PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg.. *breathes* I leave for Vancouver in one week!!!!!! Effing fed ex.... :angry:

what document did they lose? maybe you will be able to retrieve it by then and if not bring something that says it has been sent and not received. That really sucks :(

FedEx found it! HOORAY! Its his intent letter! Now I just have to get through the Tax Transcript fiasco... I demand jewellery for this. I see a nice necklace in my future. =)

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

grr this stupid hospital keeps bugging me.. I went to the ER there back in March and I paid what I was supposed to pay and then in June I get this bill for a few hundred bucks and I was like WTH?

so I phoned the insurance company and they said they were trying to double bill the insurance company but they couldn't help me they said because the ER doc was out of network so then I emailed the hospital and they go back to me saying they applied some adjustment and the account was closed with a balance of 0 and I was like "phew"

well fast forward today and I get another bill from this stinking place for $85 :o and it is for the same account... the bill doesn't make sense because from what I can tell the insurance company paid more then they were supposed to, unless I am reading it wrong .. it also looks like the insurance company sent them a payment after I had talked to them.. so I sent off another email to the hospital.. this is driving me bonkers...

ok so 'im in pain today, from the back of my head down to my right shoulder i did something that is causing me neck pain. advil is not working, i cna't take tylenol or aspiriin or i'll end up in the toilet and i can't use robaxecet here as a) not available and b) it's illegal...#######???

ok so back pain and neckpain, anyone know of a brand or pill that i can get from walgreens? i hate goign to doctors..? i tried a hot watter bottle as i have no heating pad and usualy that would work but did not. /cry i can barely move unless i'm already standing up. once i lay down forget it. i had to roll myself out of bed at 2am to take more advil.

and can i kill my upstairs neighbours? ####### 4am stomping and back and forth over my bedroom.. it even work david up how is a hard sleeper, so no sleep hardly cuz of pain and neighbours i'm super grumpy and no amount of coffee will fix this till i can get some pain releaf...

wtb real robaxacet back pain pills /cry it was the only thing that worked for my chornic back pain years ago., cna't beliefe you get charge for drug trafficking if you have it here in usa..so freakign lame..

i dunno..this week..i'm really missing alot about canada :(
