hi guys,

For the I-134 affidavit of support form, what if I didn't have 3 years of tax return, don't use co-sponsor , Is there any other options do I have to show that I'm capable of supporting my wife-to-be in the States.

Thanks

Chris

If your most recent year/ current income is comfortably above the 125%, you will be fine; just write a short explanation letter as to why you did not file (ie income was so low you didn't need to due to being a student, unemployed or whatever) and include that with evidence of current income and any tax returns from the last 3 years you do have.

ok, what if we have a co-sponsor, do I need to fill an I-134 form as well beside the co-sponsor's I-134 form?

Thanks
