11-01-2010 : Approved - Notification by email

11-08-2010 : Received NOA2 Hard copy

11-08-2010 : Case received by NVC. Case number generated

11-30-2010 : Sent DS 230 & I864 docs

12-09-2010 : Case entered into NVC system

12-18-2010 : SIF

12-20-2010 : CC

01-27-2011 : Medical

02-14-2011 : Interview Scheduled.. Approved!!

xx-xx-xxxx : Received Visa

xx-xx-xxxx : POE (IAD)

I'm trying to get police clearance certificate In 2 weeks or so but i don't know the validation how do i find out validation of police clearance certificate before i get? Can i find out by calling Mum

Tina, I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity. Loto

RFD 2010-??-12 They want the green NBI police clearance

not the one from the local municipal

Nvc received RFD response and avr back to review 2010-16-12 (Some reason it now says received RFD 2010-30-12)
