Hi to everyone June 7th NOA1. Does every day feel like a month to everyone else...this sucks.

I'm trying to get police clearance certificate In 2 weeks or so but i don't know the validation how do i find out validation of police clearance certificate before i get? Can i find out by calling Mum

Tina, I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity. Loto

She may have, i know my husband was driving me crazy casue he wasn't very well inforemed on process and was to lazzy to get himself informed, but we fixed it now :devil:

Yeah, I think I spoil my wife by jumping through all the hoops for her lol. Last question, what format did you send the scan in? Since my wife is a bit computer illiterate, it will probably just be in jpeg format.

Same one i used, jpeg. But i don't think they really care which format is in as long as it looks good, clear and readable.

Just received word that our I-130 petition was approved on 11/29/10. Great news! :)

Haven't received NOA2 in the mail yet and the USCIS website isn't updated yet either. However, we contacted our US Senator last week and they made an inquiry on Monday of this week, received an email today from the State Office Intern saying the following:

We have received a response from immigration offices regarding your petition. We received the following response to our inquiry:

The I130 petition was approved on 11/29/10. An approval notice will be mailed to the attorney's address of record and the petition will be forwarded to the National Visa Center for consular processing.

:dance:After 5 months, an RFE, we are approved!!!!!! Ahmed and I were doing a video chat when the text came through. I said OMG baby I got a text but I am scared to go see the site... he said why? no sure you got to go look, so I did... AND WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! :dance: Soooo make way NVC here we come, and we are fired up!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!! Thank you God!
