Tina, I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity. Loto

Just got my NOA 2

Notice date : November 16,2010

it was last updated on the website 11/15/10

and it is still showing "under review"

so it was an awesome suprise when i got the mail today :)

Good luck to everyone still waiting for the NOA 2, it's soon to some...

Next step is not "Adjustment of Status". It is NVC steps, then the Consulate step to get the immigrant visa.

We also received a hard copy of our NOA 2 in mail today nad i decided to give it a try and called NVC, and to my surprise they had our case number too :)

Hope everythign else goes this smooth, as we have all necessary paperwork ready to go.

Hey guys, can anyone tell me if it's possible to have AOS bill generated and ready for payement before they even accepted our DS-3032? I emailed DS 3032 and sent the hard copy vis mail but haven't received any response if it was accepted or not and this morning i got my invoice id number and emial with insturctions to pay a AOS fee bill? Little confused here. Thanks

Similar thing happened to me. I've already paid my AOS fee, and even sent in my I-864 on monday. Just recently my wife got the ds3032 email, after my AOS fee bill was already paid (still hasn't received the notice in the mail). Tried emailing it in, but nothing yet. Hopefully soon. I want to get this thing moving!

ok, thanks gumbi, guess we'll just go ahead and pay the bill, we'll see what happens next, if nothing, i'll try emailing ds3032 again with Attn Suprevisor Sue in subject line. i didn't wait for them to send me the barcoded one, but created barcode on line and attached it to the form, scanned and emailed it.
