I'm trying to get police clearance certificate In 2 weeks or so but i don't know the validation how do i find out validation of police clearance certificate before i get? Can i find out by calling Mum

Tina, I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity. Loto

We are approved!!!!! NOA2 date is 17th November.

It is funny that soon after I posted my comment I got a call from my husband with this great news. He received the snail mail on Saturday 20th Nov. No email/text message nor online status updates.

FYI. No change in USCIS case status yet.

Just got my NOA 2

Notice date : November 16,2010

it was last updated on the website 11/15/10

and it is still showing "under review"

so it was an awesome suprise when i got the mail today :)

Congratulations on all approvals :D

We havent got anything since that touch on 16th Nov, so we calles USCIS, submitted a service request, also contacted congressman yesterday and sent a privacy release form to his office this morning.

We'll see what happens next...
