Approved did not get an email but INS website says

On November 5, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Nov 5, 10 - Approved!! NOA 2 by email

NVC Received File - Nov recievd from uscis

Nov 16, 10 - Received Case# Called Nvc recording gave my NVC Number

Nov 17, 10 - Called NVC gave them my email and my wife email

Nov 17, 10 - Call NVC talked to person and got IIN.

Nov 18, 10 - I-864(AOS)12 fee ($88) Paid Payment IN process.

Nov 18, 10 - DS Forms Emailed Via Email for Electronic Processing recieved mail back did not take it

Nov 22, 10 - DS 3032 emailed got resoponse recieved it

Nov 22, 10 - AOS = sent via priority mail

Nov 22 , 10: IV Bill Invoiced

Nov 22 ,10 - paid IV online

Nov 24, 10 - IV= sent via priority mail

Dec 7, 10 - IV and AOS Recieved via AVR recording.

Dec 16. 10 - filled ds-260 online, as of operator said I needed and send sup doc via email.

Tina, I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity. Loto

Its 7:15 CST and im awaiting my email, text, or letter confirmation. I know USCIS started working already!! C'mon Uscis start approving several today, tomorrow, and thereafter :crying:

Got an RFE this morning. :crying: I don't understand I sent EVERYTHING.

I know it's hard but try not to worry too much until you have the hard copy in hand. It might be something very simple and easy to correct and you'll be back on track soon. Good luck. :thumbs:

Hi all. Just joined VisaJourney.

Firstly, congratulations to all who have the approval. And to those with an RFE - hopefully it should be cleared soon. Good luck.

I was wondering whats going on with USCIS this week. There haven't seen much activity. Is it because of the Vetran's Day holiday?

I sent in the I-130 docs in June with a NOA1 of June 15th (priority date - June 11th). I am still waiting on the NOA2 and my last touch was on June 17th. I am starting to get concerned and wondering if I should be contacting someone.

Hi Everyone!

My I130 was just approved! It was weird because I did not get an email or a text message. Even the online status did not show. I did receive a touch on November 10th (which was also my birthday) and received the notice via snail mail. I am sooo happy now! Good luck to everyone else!
