Hello June filers. I am please to say we recieved our Noa2 via the mailbox only. The approval date is 2010-10-27 same day as our first touch. Both the I-130 and I-129f approved on the same day?

Tina, I think Chennai U.S consulate is an exception. They take a validity of 6 months for PCC. But I think rest of the Indian Consulate takes 1 year validity. Loto

I think since we filed both the I-130 and I-129f there might be an extra wait time!:whistle:

Now you know that I-129F didn't delay your I-130, right? :star:

We have filed I-129F back in 2008 with I-130. We had the approval in 3.5 months time, when the average processing time was 6 months :star:

I feel such a great bond with everybody on here at VJ. Everybody pitches in and helps with what they can.

So far it's been a great week. My Chargers won, The Giants won, I got my NOA2 from out of thin air on Saturday, The Kings won tonight and I'm training a new guy at work which means I basically sit around and get paid to coach. The only thing that sucks is that I'm not able to share this with my wife. In time, she and I will be making memories together and the journey of the rest of my life really starts. Until then, I can watch good sports, enjoy the winter with great friends and continue to try and help and give opinions here on VJ. Oh and BTW.... I'm still dancing.... :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

FYI....received hard copy NOA today....we were approved october 28, but got approval email on 29th...I hope there are many more approvals by weeks end for you guys!!!!!
