Good luck to the few that are still waiting on your GC like we are. Hopefully CSC can knock them all out this week.

I hope that you and the rest of the June filers that are still waiting will get the GS's soon! :star:

We were approved today for the AOS! Finally :)

Question we got two updates tonight. First one was this:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On February 22, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Then few hours later we got this:

pplication Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Decision

On February 22, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Question is we want to book our flight to Poland for May 10th because we found a great deal last night do you think we will have any issues with getting the GC by then?

We've decided to make March 1 the deadline, so we'll be waiting to see if something happens by then, mainly reason not putting in service request earlier is they tend to issue RFEs for those that push for service requests as I've seen in this thread recently. Congrats Seb! A June filer also had this ADIT but was issued GC fairly soon after that, so I think it won't affect the trip.

CONGRATS Seb!! oh finally. i am so happy for you!:thumbs:

Now when can we file for removal of conditions? I forgot 2 years? or is that 21 months from now?

you can file at the 90 days mark before your conditional green card is set to expire. So yes, about 21 months from now.

yay!

She got her GC in the mail today! It's dated 02-08-2011 that's her birthday. So they made the card and approved it awhile ago and mail it a few days ago lol weird way the government works.

Great!

They transferred our case to California on June 14 and we got a notice about that on July. :bonk:
