So i guess its just 3 plp remaining in this topic to get approved including me....well i have sent our response to RFE and they scanned it on 1/4/2011. So still waiting for decision. our rfe was for medical as we didnt send any.

Congrats on the approvals! No word yet on my case, considering service request or congressman. I had to request a congressman enquire for the K-1 so looks likely I may have to in this case as well.

Missing chest Xray findings is what we have an RFE for. Looks like they lost part of the medical so I guess we are going to have a new one done and I'm going to be out 250$.

ugh, what a pain. so sorry seb! hope you can get it done asap and finally be done for 2 years!

Sent our I-693 in we did a full medical just for kicks. Anyhow it was sent on Thursday and it's going to be at the P.O.Box Saturday so hopefully they will pick up all that mail on Monday. We are hoping for a quick approval so we can start planning our trip to Poland this summer.

Is there anyone else left from June that's still waiting on their AOS approval?

I'm waiting on a deadline of 26th Feb before either submitting a service request or Congressperson inquiry. I think the RFE set me back 30 days so have to give them that time to be certain I'm out of processing time. There's two others I think that haven't updated their situation. Good luck with your approval!
