I finally received an e-mail today that my GC has FINALLY been approved. It must be my lucky day as I also delivered my beautiful baby girl this morning as well!! Now I just need to buy a lotto ticket!!

Any news from anybody? :unsure::(

Nope. Since I put in for service request on 11/29 my case was last touched on 12/7.

Since then nothing happened. I guess I will wait until 45 days are up and I will strike USCIS again with questions.

3 more days for our 45 days from when they said we would have a answer and still nothing. Doesn't look like we are going to get our AOS approval this year...

Did you have a greencard interview? My husband was interviewed November 9th and we havent received anything from USCIS either. We made an infopass December 22nd and they dont know anything either.

Wow, and I thought that my case as an August filer, was pending for so long. So bizarre the way USCIS processes these cases.
