Ok, i am confused now.... I thought those will be the "evidence" to bring to the interview? Oh, well, it's too late for me to include those documents - i've already sent the package. :(

It's not necessary to send proof of bona fide marriage in the AOS packet, only at the interview (if you have an interview). It's totally optional. Sorry my question confused you. (F)

Like AandD sayd it is funny how small piece of paper like I-94 can complicate your life.I-94 is very important proof for your legal entry.(my husbant lost his passport and I-94 in it).He has only copies,but as far as i know they will ask for originals at the intervew.

You do not have to "front load" an AOS application if you are adjusting from a K-1 status. There is absolutely no reason at all to send any evidence of a bona fide marriage with this type of adjustment, because you just spent the past 5-7 months or more proving that you had a bona fide relationship with your fiance(e) to get approved for the K-1 visa. IF you are asked to appear for an interview, that would be the time to take evidence of your marriage. Everyone should have sent a copy of their certified marriage certificate with the AOS package.

There is no reason for any fear or apprehension if you did not include all these items included by others that were not requested or required.

Sure, maybe its a good idea, who knows, to include additional documents unsolicited, but it does not mean that is the standard or the benchmark for a properly submitted package.

Looking at everyone's timelines it seems it takes 6-7 days to hear something from them about the NOA1 visa text message or email and to have the check cashed. So we might be hearing something by Friday, Saturday or Monday or Tuesday next week.

We all normally need to go through an interview for AOS approval. Sometimes your case gets sent to CSC for processing and often then you don't need to do an interview, but nobody knows exactly which ones get sent there or why. could be random. anyway, just prepare yourself for an interview and if you guys don't need to do one, then great! :)
