Congrats....no more immigration for the next year and 9 months!!!

I still haven't had a touch on my AOS since I did my biometrics over a month ago :(

Did you receive a 10yr GC? If it is only a 2 yr green card you will have to file to remove conditions in a year and 9 months!!

Did you receive a 10yr GC? If it is only a 2 yr green card you will have to file to remove conditions in a year and 9 months!!

They have the 10 year GC so if they stay together in the US they can apply for Naturalization in 2 years and 9 months from the day on the GC it said it was issued.

I just wanted to add myself to a waiting group of June filers.

We filed our packet on 6/29. My biometrics was done on 7/21. This was also a day when the case was transfered to CSC.

EAD and AP got approved around 8/17. At least I can work.

Unfortunately there is no move on AOS since 7/30!!! It's been over 120 days! I hoped that my case go faster after the transfer but now I think it took a detour instead.

Hey guys! My green card was approved on 20/10/10 and I received it in the mail 28/10/10! I also didn't send in the I693 form with my application I sent the Vaccination form DS3025, just incase anyone is worrying about theirs and I had no rfes' :)

2010-07-23 Call USCIS to request Bio. letter. Gotta wait in 45 days for another call

2010-09-07 Successful walk-in biometrics

2010-09-07 EAD card production order. I-485 touch <-- 8 hours after biometrics done
