Just received wife's Advance Parole document in the mail today and also noticed that after our AOS case was transferred to CSC, the website now indicates that the transfer has occured and is now being processed.

Received e-notification stating "we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS." But I've already received welcome letter on Monday that was issued 17th... Feels like my application is moving backwards..Strange :wacko:

Hey guys... I have trouble believing it but I got an email today from USCIS saying that my GC is on its way!!!!!!!!! No interview, no EAD or AP - this seems to good to be true. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though, it seems that the site and updates are a bit out of sync at the moment, at least that is what I hope.

I've been transferred to CSC!

On August 26, 2010, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

Two and a bit days after response to RFE was received. Great news! Hope everyone also is sailing smoothly!

Yes we got our notice and we have an interview on sept 2nd. When i go to the website it says ours in the accpetance stage. Wierd don't know how it works but as long as we get approved lol

june 11th sent AOS paper work

june 24th got the three letters

july 14th finger prints done
