We just received my wife's AP today!!! (Thanks for updating the Website).

Anyway, we received two indetical I-512L Parole Documents with my wife's picture on the bottom left. The bottom right spot is reserved for a parole stamp, but there is no stamp.

Is this correct? It seems like there should be a stamp there....Please help. Thanks.

We just received my wife's AP today!!! (Thanks for updating the Website).

Anyway, we received two indetical I-512L Parole Documents with my wife's picture on the bottom left. The bottom right spot is reserved for a parole stamp, but there is no stamp.

Is this correct? It seems like there should be a stamp there....Please help. Thanks.

Mine was the same way.

I think once we enter into the US using the AP, custom/immigration is going to stamp that side :)

just an update here since we all like hearing good news :)

my husband just got his welcome letter/ approval it says green card should be sent to us within 3 weeks! letter was dated Aug 13, our interview was Aug 11! :dance:

Congrats Kabhatti, looks like we are still on the same timeline together. Strange thing that our cases were transferred so late to CSC. Most are transferred within 2-4 weeks. Hope we both have a fast GC approval

You may even get your AP before you receive EAD, because I got my AP a few days before EAD.

It has been a week now since I put in a service request at USCIS because I still haven't recieved my biometrics appointment yet. It will be 3 months next week that I sent in my AOS so I am definitely getting hubby to contact his congressman and senator. Not only is my case out of processing time, something that was supposed to happen withing a month (getting the appointment letter) hasn't even happened. I am very happy for people getting all their approvals, but it is very frustrating at the same time that my case is so far behing :crying:
